405,576. Screw-caps for bottles. ARMSTRONG, J. J. V., 12, Church Street, Liverpool.-(Phoenix Metal Cap Co., Inc. ; 2444, West 16th Street, Chicago, U.S.A.) Sept. 13, 1933, No. 25303. [Class 125 (iii).] A cap for bottles &c. of the type comprising an inner threaded sheetmetal member 3 and an outer shell 11 which has a smooth exterior, and which contacts with the top of the inner shell, has interengaging spaced projections and depressions 13 which prevent relative rotation of the two parts. The inner shell 3 has an outwardly turned bead 7 at the lower edge thereof. A sealing disc 9 is provided within the cap.
