Abstract

404,051. Rollers. MITCHELL, J. E., 55, Turf Hill Road, Rochdale. July 21, 1932, No. 20566. [Class 42 (ii).] Clearer rollers and wooden ring frame rollers are covered with one or more tubular knitted cotton sleeves, a fixing solution, e.g. one gelatine with or without laundry blue and carbolic acid, or of casein, or of celluloid being applied to the sleeves after they are put on the roller core. According to the Provisional Specification the knitted sleeves may be of other material, and be treated with the fixing solution before being applied to the core.
