[Class 34 (i)] In machinery for drying sliver of wool, cotton or artificial silk by passing the sliver over conveying devices comprising bands, rollers or perforated drums which are heated or through which heated air can be passed, only the last device is driven, the others being moved by the sliver itself, to allow for shrinkage on drying.
