[Classes 83 (iii) and 83 (iv).] Uniting and dividing by fusion.-The uniformly-driven tracer wheel 13, Fig. 2, of a tracing and reproducing machine travels in a grooved track or rail 19 and means mechanically associated with the wheel reproduces the shape of the grooved track. Rollers 22, 23, the axes of which intersect that of the tracer wheel, traverse the sides of the rail. The reproducing means shown in Fig. 1 carries a welding or cutting arc or flame 2.
