Abstract

399,005. Attaching cases to cycles. JARY, W. F., 27, Dene Side, Great Yarmouth. Oct. 17, 1932, No. 23436. [Class 136 (i).] A first aid emergency case for attachment to a cycle comprises dovetailed guides 8 which slide on to members 10 on clips 5 fixed to the top bar 1 of the cycle by bolts 4, the nuts of which are shielded by the case when slid on to the members 10. The members 10 carry hinged flaps 9 which are folded into the case and held therein by the lid 3 when the latter is locked and the case cannot be detached from the cycle until it has been opened. The case has a compartment A for a bottle at one end and the top of the compartment and a ledge B at the other end of the case form a support for splints while other accessories are carried in a pocket 14 on the lid.
