Abstract

398,729. Displaying. JOHNSON, H. C., and JOHNSON, L. E., 9, Falcon Avenue, Aldersgate Street, London. Feb. 15, 1933, No. 4684. [Class 3 (ii).] In a display card of the kind which is foldable and adapted to display articles such as knitting needles on the panels between the folds, the panels are connected by parts provided with incisions along the folds, the centre panels being connected together by hinges arranged in pairs and spaced apart a distance substantially equal to twice the width of the displayed articles and the top and bottom panels being connected to the centre panels by a single hinge. As shown, the card comprises panels 1 .. 4 connected by hinges formed by creasing the card along lines c and cutting slots B. When the card is to be folded for transit, the panel 1 is doubled back on the card, Fig. 2, the panels 2, 3 folded so that the articles thereon come face to face and the panel 4 folded back similar to panel 1.
