Abstract

398,282. Displaying. ROWE, RUSSELL, & CO. (SOUTHERN), Ltd., Abford House, Wilton Road, and COLEMAN, W., 230, Ferndale Road, Stockwell, both in London. April 23, 1932, No. 11763. [Class 3 (i).] A rotating platform 2 is concealed from view by a stationary sheet of fabric 10 on which rest objects having rolling supports. The platform 2 has holes in which the rolling supports, which may be balls on spindles supporting a device 5, 6, or may be a sphere 7, rest, and which cause the objects to travel over the stationary cloth 10. A stationary part 1, for a non-rotating object 4, is located at the middle of the platform 2, and a stationary rim plate 32 surrounds the platform. The platform is mounted on ball bearings 14, 14a, and is driven through worm gearing 26 by a motor 24.
