Abstract
394,492. Radiator stoves. LEE, R. S., 6A, 4th Avenue, Queen's Park, London. July 6, 1932, No. 19086. [Class 126.] In a self-contained hot-water radiator, of the type comprising horizontal conduits a, b between which extend radiator sections c and a heating section which has a water-space d and a flue e open at the lower end to receive the combustion products from a removable outside burner, the heating section is formed as an integral casting 2 embodying both the water space and the flue. In the construction shown, the flue is of zig-zag form. The heating and radiating sections are connected at top and bottom by screwed sleeves 3. The radiator may be mounted on a base having wheels or castors and carrying a removable oil lamp, the burner 7 of which is situated below the open end of the flue e.
