Abstract
394,109. Conductors for dynamo-electric machines. BROWN, H. F., 94, Abbeydale Road South, Sheffield, and ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd., Crown House, Aldwych, London. April 16, 1932, No. 10951. [Class 35.] Strip conductors adapted to be folded and applied in pairs to form laminated armature conductors each have two edges 6, parallel with the line of fold 3 and substantially in line with each other and a notch 8 is formed at the junction of each said edges with the edges of the inclined part, the notch being as deep as at least half the thickness of the strip. The conductors may be cut from a length of copper twice the width of the straight portions, and the notches are preferably arcuate.
