386,892. Staples. BRIDAX AKT.- GES., Rapperswil, Schlossberg, St. Gallen, Switzerland.-(Assignees of Hofer, E. ; Rapperswil, St. Gallen, Switzerland.) July 14, 1932, No. 19962. Convention date, July 15, 1931. [Class 89 (iii).] A U-shaped staple 1, having barbed points 11, is provided with a recess 2, the end surface 6 of which is engaged by a driving tool 4. The tool is formed with a rib 5 to engage the recess 2. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also a tool for driving the staple which is provided with teeth to preform the holes to receive the points of the staple. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
