Abstract
383,916. Card cases. FULLER,G.J.F.F. and HART, C. J. J. D., (trading as FULLER & CO., G. J.), 34, Oxford Street, London. July 2, 1932, No. 18730. [Class 18.] A leather &c. card case, e.g. for a pack of playing cards, is in the form of the cover of a book provided with a fastening strap 6 which passes across the open front of the case ; and an internal ejecting strip 8 or 8<1> is also provided which strip, when its free end 10 or 10<1> is pulled, ejects the cards. The ejecting strip can be threaded through the walls of the case and the free end thereof formed as the fastening strap ; or the ejecting strip can be fastened to the strap 6 so that as the latter is unfastened and bent back, the cards are ejected. Endpieces 2 sewn into position prevent the cards from moving out of the ends of the case. The strap 6 and the ejecting strip are formed of flexible material, e.g. leather or silk.
