Be it known that I, Clark H. Hammond, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Poster Panel, of which the following is a specification, reference being had. to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which-- Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the poster panel showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view thereof.

Fig. 4 is a fragmentary section View taken along the line 4-4 of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a poster panel, as shown and described.
