383,589. Pumps for typecasting machines. MONOTYPE CORPORATION, Ltd., 43, Fetter Lane, London, and STERLING, W., 68, Upper Elmers End Road, Beckenham, Kent. July 8, 1932, No. 19324. [Class 102 (i).] A pump for typographic casting-machines comprises a piston A loosely surrounding a bolt D screwed to the piston-rod B. The top of the piston forms a valve seat for the nut C and the bottom is recessed to accommodate the bolt head D<1> and a channelled washer H. A float valve E is provided. Specification 306,339, [Class 102 (i), Pumps &c.], is referred to.
