Abstract
381,830. Tubular posts. LA RIVIERE, A. C., Courtside, Riverside Avenue, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Feb. 26, 1932, No. 5812. [Class 20 (i).] Masts or spars for sailing vessels are constructed with a number of tubes a spaced by distance-plates e where the sectional tubes a<1>, a<2>, Fig. 5, interfit, and to which they are welded. The distance-pieces diminish in size upwards to taper the mast. The mast is enclosed in a sheath secured to strips h passed through notches in the distance-plates. Reference. has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 177,486 and 332,166, [both in Class 36, Electricity, Conducting &c.].
