381,057. Packing-cases. PARROTT, H. W. and JACKSON, G., Church Street, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Feb. 2, 1932, No. 3092. [Class 18.] A packing case for soft fruit, vegetables, flowers, eggs, &c. comprises an outer cardboard, sheet fibre, &c. casing 1 of which the end walls 4 are separately affixed by means of flaps 5, and of which the bottom has preferably a corrugated cardboard or paper lining and an inner structure consisting of four walls 9 spaced from the outer container by extensions 12 and by V-section cardboard &c. strips 14, ventilation holes 16 being provided in both the inner and outer structures. The sheets 9 are formed at their intersections with interengaging slots. A similar sheet 9 with strips 14 may also be arranged on the base. A lid, preferably with a deep edge flange, is also provided.
