[Class 52 (ii).] In a chair having a back of bent plywood, the back d is wide at its upper part and narrow at its lower part, and is secured to the arms c by being let into a recess e therein, while its base is let into a groove h in the seat b. Two separate recessed arms may be provided, or a single recessed bow may be used.
