370,453. Warp knitting-machines. RICHTER AKT.-GES., D., 97, Annabergerstrasse, Chemnitz, Germany.-(Assignees of M³ller, A. M.; 57, Furstenstrasse, Chemnitz, Germany.) Jan. 8, 1931, No. 697. Convention date, Jan. 10, 1930. [Class 74 (ii).] The needles rock and slide in cylinder tricks 2 and in a groove 5 of the movable cam cylinder 4, being kept in place by a tricked removable coverplate 7. The warps are fed by two guide rings o, u movable in opposite directions. On the upward movement of the cylinder 4 the needle butts 3c are engaged by the part 6 to tilt the needles so that they clear the warps. On the downward movement the needles are returned to a vertical position and pulled down by the cover 7 so that the crossed warps are caught by the needle hooks.
