Abstract

368,182. Washing-plungers. LILIENTHAL, G., 123, Uhlandstrasse, Wilmersdorf, Berlin. July 9, 1931, No. 19774. [Class 138 (ii).] A washing-plunger comprises an openended member 1 having openings 2 around its lower end and a perforated plate 3 supported above the openings and forming a seating for the spring 4 which supports the piston 5. The piston is formed with a handle-socket 6 and is reciprocated within the casing 1 and is prevented from leaving the upper end thereof by a ring 7 secured to the casing by a bayonet joint 8, 9. A ring 10 is secured around the bottom of the casing.
