[Class 40 (ii).] A combined sound and kinematograph film having lenticular embossing for colour reproduction has such embossing omitted from the part to receive the sound trace by embossing the film with an engraved cylinder which is left plain in the form of a polished ring at the part corresponding to the sound track. The sound may be recorded in the smooth track either photographically or as on a gramophone disc.
