Abstract

360,631. Knitting-machines. STIBBE, G., 11, Newarke Street, Leicester. Oct. 21, 1930, No. 31538. [Class 74 (ii).] Removable blades for the trick walls of needle cylinders are provided with a series of projections 7 which engage with one or each side of the corresponding groove in the cylinder. The projections are formed by squeezing, rolling, pressing, knurling, &c. and may be tapered off to facilitate insertion. The blades are held in place by screwed rings 8, 9 with undercut portions 10, 11.
