Abstract

352,141. Handtrucks. KING, M. R., 119, Westbourne Terrace, Hyde Park, London. May 1, 1930, No. 13436. [Class 108 (i).] A trolley for conveying hot foods comprises a main cabinet having superimposed one or more movable auxiliary cabinets in such a manner that they can be moved aside for serving, the auxiliary cabinets having flaps which also serve as shelves for plates, cutlery, &c. The main metal cabinet 1 is lined with asbestos &c. 8, is provided with doors 4 for the introduction of the heated irons 19 and with a plate 5 having openings in which the food receptacles 6 can be placed. Two auxiliary cabinets 9, 10 are shown having plates 12 for the food containers 13 and adapted to be swung out when it is desired to gain access to the main cabinet 1. The cabinets 9, 10 are provided with flaps 14 adapted to serve as shelves for cutlery &c. The main cabinet may if desired be provided with a further partition 17 and doors 18.
