Abstract
349,834. Regulating liquid level. CHARLES, M., 217, Boulevard St. Denis, Courbevoie, Seine, France. July 22, 1930, No. 22110. Convention date, Aug. 14, 1929. [Class 123 (i).] A device for compensating for the variation in volume of liquid consequent on changes in temperature applicable to the maintenance of a constant level in tanks comprises a chamber k of variable volume in which is secured a chamber m of variable volume, the inner chamber containing a liquid preferably more expansible than that in the tank or transmission, and the annular space being connected to the tank &c. Specification 250,596, [Class 122 (i), Engine and like cylinders &c.], is referred to.
