Convention date, Dec. 15, 1928. Drawings to Specification. [Class 108 (iii).] A non-vibratory electrode support for an electron discharge device consists of a bundle of wires secured together by a closely wound helix. The support may be V-shaped and consist of six parallel copper or iron wires covered by a copper or iron helix and secured at the ends by welding. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states also that the support may be adapted for general use or for use as an aeroplane strut. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
