343,224. Top boots. RANDALL & CO., Ltd., C. W., 143, Shoreditch High Street, London.-(Hood Rubber Co. ; 98, Nichols Avenue, Watertown, Massachusetts, U.S.A.) Dec. 6, 1929, No. 37496. [Class 17 (ii).] A rubber top boot 1 is provided with a flexible waterproof sleeve 2 adapted to be contracted round the leg by a boot lace or the like 5 in a hem 4 formed by turning over the top and securing it to the sleeve. The sleeve 2 is preferably of rubberized fabric cemented to the top of the boot 1 at 3, and can be turned down inside the boot when desired.
