340,766. Stove-guards. BETTS, M., 13, The Crescent, Barnes, London. Dec. 20, 1929, No. 39037. [Class 126.] Supports for articles to be heated or warmed.-A guard for oil heaters, oil stoves, or the like comprises two semicylindrical members 10, 11 of wire mesh or the like supported on a metal framework, with means for connecting together, and a concentrically arranged clothes rail 32, 33 at or near its upper part. Interlocking means are provided on the two parts 18, 19 of the lower ring of the framework, and on the semi-circular rings 32, 33 forming the clothes rail. Wire mesh 36 provided at the top may be used as a support for warming articles. The lower semi-circular members 18, 19 of the framework have flanges 26, 27. The two parts of the guard may be used as semi-circular guards for ordinary grates.
