Differential speed indicators.-The percentage elongation or contraction of length of fabric while passing through a machine is shown by an indicator comprising a dynamo driven by a roller rotated by the untreated fabric, a second dynamo driven similarly by the treated fabric, and a differential voltmeter graduated to read percentage increase or decrease in length of the fabric.
