Abstract

334,329. Hutchings, H. B. July 12, 1929. Stands or supports. - A sleeve 6 is screwed to the body of the vehicle and houses a leg 1 to which is secured a rack 4. A pinion 12 is carried by a spindle passing through lugs 9 on the sleeve and is operable by a handle fitted on the squared end 13 of the spindle. A double pawl 16 is provided for retaining the leg in any desired position.
