Push-bars. - In baby carriages and like vehicles of the kind provided with a pivoted reversible handle, the handle 1 is adapted to be locked in its extreme positions by means of a collar 5 slidably mounted on the handle and provided with a lug 6 engaging with a socket 7 secured to the body 3 of the vehicle. The lug may be locked in the. socket by a thumb-screw 8.
