Abstract

330,656. Marsh, G., and Godenir, A. Feb. 22, 1929. Drawings to Specification. Word-making games.-Blocks, cards, and tablets with two operative surfaces and used for a word-building game carry two letters on each side, a main letter and an index letter, the index letter on one side being the same as the main letter on the other side. Each player commences with five pieces selected at random and endeavours to form a word with both the main and index letters concurrently, substitution of pieces from a pool being allowed. Additional index letters may be used on each playing piece, all the letters being suitably differentiated by type, colour, or size, while numbers may also be printed on each side. The letters may be made by Braille or other methods to enable blind persons to play the game.
