Alarms operated by flowing liquid and by change of liquid pressure.-In a sprinkling installation of the kind normally charged with non- freezing liquid from a large tank and having a main water valve opened automatically by the fall in pressure when the non-freezing liquid becomes exhausted, a pipe from a neutral chamber of the main valve conducts water to a. water motor for operating the hammer of an alarm gong when the main valve opens.
