Abstract

318,365. Paulson, B. J. Aug. 7, 1928. Building-blocks. - A toy building-construction outfit comprises a number of groups of elements, each element having rows of perforations parallel to its longitudinal edges and being adapted to be temporarily assembled into various models by means of nuts and bolts. The width of each element is an even multiple of a certain unit of length, and the other dimension of each element are whole multiples of this unit. The successive rows of perforations are spaced from each other an even number of these units, and the outermost rows are spaced an odd number of units from the correspondingly longitudinal edges. The spacing of the first row of perforations from the longitudinal edge of the element is a different odd number of units in each group of elements. Variously shaped elements, 10, 13, 15, 20, are held together by nuts and bolts 23, 24, 25. A discshaped piece may be included in the outfit.
