317,992. Hardy, T. Aug. 27, 1928. Folding-devices.-An attachment for piping and hemming garments has a piping guide superimposed upon the hemmer. The hemmer a has the usual scroll and is adjustably secured to tha work table by a plate d and screw e. The piping folder b is over the hemmer and can be adjusted to desired position by the screw i working in a slot. The device is preferably used with a twoneedle machine which makes two rows of stitches k, l through the piping g and fabric c so that all raw edges are between the rows. The piping folder b may have a plate h, carried by a web to facilitate the folding over of the piping edges.
