Abstract

317,818. Pieron, H. Aug. 23, 1928, [Convention date]. Wheels.-A grinding or polishing tool consists of a disc, having the periphery bevelled as shown, upon which a sheet o of emery cloth &c. is held by a clamping-ring n held up to the sheet by springs mounted on bolts r, and moved to release the pressure on the sheet o by a crank-lever p mounted in bearings g and having its ends flattened and in engagement with the ring n. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a construction wherein the clamping-ring is held in position by bolts, the periphery of the disc being either flat or bevelled. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
