Teeth, artificial.-Dental impression trays of the kind consisting of a single thickness of perforated metal or metal gauze are provided with a pipe or duct formed integral with, or soldered to, the metal of the tray and through which a cool. ing medium flows. In the form shown in Fig. 2, a, pipe 3 extending over the outer surface of the tray 1 is connected to nozzles 4 passing through the handle 2. Cold water may be supplied under pressure to the inflow nozzle or suction may be applied to the outflow nozzle. In a modification, Fig. 5, the ends of the pipe 3 are connected to the tubular ends 7 of a crosshead 5 havings a non- perforated centre portion. In a further modifica. tion the inflow and outflow nozzles project laterally on the same side of the handle. In all formsthe tray 1 is perforated over its whole surface.
