Abstract

310,134. Clark, W. G. Feb. 27, 1928. Pulley-blocks.-In a gallows block, each side bracket 31 is shaped as shown so as to form a housing 33 for upper and lower bearing members 26, 30, which are retained by a spring clip 44 secured to the bracket. The journals of the roller 35 have end flanges 42 engaging the outside of the brackets so as to prevent axial displacement of the roller while allowing it to be removed by an upward movement.
