Abstract
309,629. Beatty, W. E., (Western Electric Co., Inc.). Jan. 14, 1928. Drawings to Specification. Hardening.- Lead-antimony alloys containing also arsenic, cadmium, sulphur, tellurium, thallium, or bismuth, are treated by heating quenching, and ageing. The heat-treatment may be that described in Specifications 248,457 and 248,458, and may comprise heating to about 240‹ C., quenching, and then ageing at below 100‹ C.
