Abstract

305,376. Tullis, D. K. Feb. 14, 1928. Ironing-machines with rollers rotating against concave surfaces.-The beds 3 of an ironing- machine of the multi-roller Decoudun type are arranged directly above a drying chamber 2 through which the goods are passed by conveyers 4. The direction of movement of the bottom conveyer may be reversed so that the goods may be discharged from either side. The under faces of the beds, which are exposed to the interior of the drying chamber, are gilled as shown. Fans, not shown, may be used to circulate the heated air in the chamber.
