Medicines for internal use.-A dietetic or therapeutically active yeast-iron preparation is made by introducing a colloidal basic solution o'f an iron salt into yeast floated or suspended in water, separating the solid substances by filtration, and then drying them, as by the use of alcohol and ether and final warming.
