Abstract

303,683. Jones, S. N. Feb. 28, 1928. Hoods.-In hoop-sticks having runner fittings comprising an inverted channel having rollers adapted to run on the upper surface of the cant rail and also rollers to contact with the under surface of the cant rail the runner fittings are provided with upper longitudinally spaced rollers as known and also with at least two longitudinally spaced rollers adapted to contact with the under surface of the top flange of a T- or I-section cant rail. As shown the fitting comprises an inverted channel consisting of two inter-connected parts 4, 5 having rollers 9 riding on the upper surface of the top flange 3 of the cant rail and also with two pairs of two longitudinally spaced rollers 12, 13 adapted to coact with the under-surface of the top flange 3. An off-set 16, 19 is provided in which may swivel the hoop fitting 23. A locking screw is provided.
