Abstract

Oct. 3, 1927 Stropping-apparatus; wheels.-A device for stropping or grinding safety razor blades consists of two contacting rollers C, geared together at E and carried by spindles mounted in perforations A in a single metal stamping D which is bent up, along the dotted lines, to form a box. The blade is supported, with its edge between the rollers, by indentations B formed in the stamping. The rollers may consist of a resilient composition of ground Turkey stone and rubber.
