Abstract

302,499. Morton, J. Dec. 16, 1927. Rolling-machines. - In dough-moulding machines of the type comprising a moving surface along which are disposed tracks formed by moulding-members oscillated in the plane of the surface, the moulding-members are relatively adjustable to vary the size of the track. As shown, moulding-members 14-18 carried by members 20 adapted to be oscillated by rotary heads 12, are disposed above a travelling belt 1. The members 14, 16, 18 are fixedly secured to the members 20 while the members 15, 17 are in pairs carried on links 24 adapted to be turned by levers 36 and cranks 37 connected thereto by rods 38 so as to move the members of a pair towards or away from each other and vary the size of the tracks formed between the movable and fixed members. All of the moulding members may be adjustable.
