Toasting-apparatus. -In a toasting fork, the prongs dare integral or secured to the handle b whilst the prongs e are carried bv a member h pivoted at the handle so that the food may either be impaled on the aligned prongs or gripped between them. The handle is formed of a length of wire secured by bands c. The U- shaped hinge members f, g are soldered upon the member h and the handle b, and a torsion spring j, mounted on the pivot pin, tends to keep the prongs in alignment.. A wooden handle may be used.
