Abstract

300,776. Dickinson, T. W. Nov. 4, 1927. Hand-trucks for drums containing road and the like surface dressing material comprise a frame A, B having road wheels C and a spindle provided with rollers H which are preferably bevelled to correspond with the drum 1. The drum I is laid on the rollers H as shown and pushed into position on the truck so that the bung hole in the end of the drum is available for discharging fluid on to the road &c. Pivoted legs D with wheels E are pivoted to the frame and may be held in any adjusted position by means of pins G engaging holes in the legs and in quadrants F.
