Abstract

298,262. Afonin, I. R. July 6, 1927. Tanks.-Flexibly connected cells forming a floating cover, as in Specification 263,020, are each provided with inclined sides A<1>, A<2> adapted to slide on the similarly inclined sides of adjacent cells, the outer walls of the peripheral cells being rounded so as to slide easily on the walls of the tank. Containers for rain or other water may be provided on the cells, and gas chambers below them.
