297,476. Dubilier Condenser Co. (1925), Ltd., (Assignees of Dubilier, W.). Sept. 22, 1927, [Convention date]. Loud-speakers.-A loudspeaker comprises a supporting base 1 carrying a housing 2 and horn 7 which terminates in a bell 8. Mounted within the housing is a conical diaphragm 3, the apex of which is connected by a rod 5 with an actuating device 6. The gap between the inner surface of the horn and the outer surface of the diaphragm is arranged to widen towards the centre of the horn.
