Pie-moulding machines.-A mould for pie casings is furnished with a ring forming part of the wall of the mould which ring is rotatable to free the moulded casing. As shown, the mould 1 is surmounted by a ring 14 rotatably supported on a flange 15 and retained by lugs 16 engaging a shoulder 17. One of the lugs 16 is formed as a handle to rotate the ring. A knife 18 may be secured to the ring so as to scrape around the interior of the mould. The mould is detachably secured by lugs 7 over a bottom 2 positioned on the table 3 of a machine as described in Specification 296,116.
