Cleaning, fluid-pressure processes for. - A steam blower of the Parry type for water-tube boilers, feed-heaters, &c. designed to deal with remote parts of the boiler &c. has the pipe D, Figs. 4 and 6, connecting the jet tube E with the rotatable casing H through which steam is admitted so arranged as to be subjected only to low pressures, a pressure-reducing de Laval nozzle R and a pressure-increasing de Laval nozzle P being provided at the two ends for this purpose. A spherical bearing M at the junction of the pipes D, E allows a certain amount of play. Specification 131,137 is referred to.
