Abstract
294,936. Gross, F. July 24, 1928. A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Aug, 2, 1928.] Cabinets. - A cabinet is divided into lateral and intermediate storage sections 1, 2 and central sections 3 to accommodate a folding frame 4 and a number of upholstered sections by which a settee or bedstead can be constructed as required; the side niches 2 housing a pair of pedestals 7 which can be used separately as bedside cabinets or which can be bridged by a detachable top for use as a writing table. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also a further construction dispensing with these pedestals and their niches and providing removable panels for the central niche which can be used to form the tops of tables, the folding frames of which are housed behind the panels. The niche is also stated to contain folding chairs and a nest of tables. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
