Abstract
293,319. Schloemann Akt.-Ges., (Assignees of McKee, W.). July 1, 1927, [Convention date]. Roller-way conveyers.-In roller-way conveyers of the kind in which each roller is driven by a separate motor housed in it, the article conveying part 6a is near one end of a roller and the motor is contained within the other end 6. The stator 2 is carried by a stationary shaft 1 and comprises laminations 2a and windings 2<b> held in place between a shoulder 3 and a locking ring 4. The rotor 5 is disposed on the inner side of the end 6 and includes laminations disposed between a shoulder 7 and a ring 8. The conveying part 6a is of smaller diameter than the part 6 and preferably is concave.
