Metal casks; casks with projecting cases.-Relates to metal drums of the type described in the parent Specification. According to the invention inwardly projecting flanges b<7> are provided in shell portions B<5>, B<6> for locating the main container A, A<1>. The shell B approximately covers the parts B<5>, B<6> over their entire length. The parts B<5>, B<6> have inwardly turned rims b<3> and are welded to the part B.
